6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may need care.

Patients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice may be subject to a missed appointment fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointment scheduling.
